Return & Exchange Policy

1.  14-Day Return Window
You can request a return or exchange within 14 calendar days of the delivery date. No returns or exchanges will be accepted after this period.

2. How to Start a Return
Please email us at realdesertshit@gmail.com within 14 days to receive a Return Authorization. Returns sent without prior approval or after 14 days will be refused. 

3. Condition of Returned Items
Returned merchandise must be:

  • In new, unused, unaltered condition, with original tags.

  • Free from wear, damage, smoke, perfume/cologne, or pet hair.

4. Return Shipping
Clients are responsible for all return shipping costs. Original shipping charges are non‑refundable unless we sent you an incorrect or damaged item.

5. Exchanges & Store Credit
Once we receive and inspect your return:

  • Approved returns are eligible for an exchange or a store credit only.

  • No refunds to credit cards.

6. Damaged or Incorrect Items
If you receive a defective or wrong item, contact us immediately. We’ll cover your return shipping and ship replacements or issue a full refund. Exchanges are subject to inspection.

7. Lost Returns
We aren’t liable for returns lost in transit. Use a tracked shipping method and provide tracking details. realdesertshit.com

  • Include your order number in any return email to speed up processing.

  • Always use original packaging and a secure box.

  • We recommend photo-proof of the items before shipping in case of transit damage.

  • Returns are typically processed within 5–7 business days of receipt.
